About the time of the Crossroads Benefit at MSG EC and SC were giving a 
bunch of interviews to promote the event. If I recall correctly, Eric 
blew up at Sheryl upon learning of a brief fling she had with Jacob 
Dylan. Sheryl was inspired to write "Favorite Mistake" by that incident, 
but I'm not clear who her favorite mistake was EC or JD. Eric in turn 
says that he wrote "River of Tears" hoping Sheryl would hear it and get 
back together with him.........Both songs were performed at the MSG show 
and both were performed by both EC & SC.................T
