John, that nomenclature is pretty dated, it is now referred to as 
SAC.........MTS or Multi-Track Sound allowed our television networks to 
broadcast a program in English and, usually, Spanish on a secondary 
channel. It is more commonly referred to as, Secondary Audio Channel 
(SAC), nowadays.............T
