I read somewhere that he wont sign guitars, he's too afraid of someone making megabucks on ebay or whatever with them.

He has signed a couple of photos that I shot of him, so I would say go for it (If you manage to get close enough - his security is usually pretty good).

Does anyone know if EC would sign a guitar? I've got a Fender Strat
that's already been signed by Jeff Beck, John Mayall and Stevie Winwood.
EC is coming to my town in a few weeks in concert. It's a smaller venue
than he normally does and it's the same venue where Jeff Beck signed my
guitar. I'm thinking of camping out behind the arena and seeing if he
doesn't pop around between sound checks. Does anyone know if he
absolutely won't sign anything? I would appreciate any input.
