Nov 7th, now? wasnt it originally 9/26, then recently 10/10?

anyways, in the article it mentioned:
"The album is dedicated to Preston and Clapton's late friend Brian 
Roylance." Where do I know the Roylance name from? Was he possibly involved 
in those custom book/cd box deals for 24 Nights and George Harrison? I 
thought the publisher was Roylance if I remember correctly....
