[Slowhand] San Francisco Bay Blues - Never Again (from Unplugged)

Although I have not seen the video of EC's "Unplugged" for many  years, BUT 
on the CD, at the very end, after much applause, someone says (out of  breath), 
"Never again".
It's not Eric who says this.  Do you know who it  is?
And of course, the Blond Rocker knows!
