For the record, I disagree strenuously. If I were to moderate content
here, the first task would be to setup strict guidelines for what is, or
is not, "related". That's hard, first of all, because I don't want to
have to say that, for example, a note about Peter Green's Les Paul is
off-topic, because I'm sure someone found it interesting, and it's "close
enough" for me. But more to the point, the last things we need here is
_less_ discussion. From time-to-time, people have gotten abusive enough
that I've suspended them, or in a couple cases, permanently kicked them
out, but in general, we're all adults here* so I don't feel the need to
babysit y'all.

* We had an 11 year-old at one point, but I think was a about a decade
ago, so he'd be grown-up now, too.

It may not be common knowledge, but if for some reason your delivery
is inconsistent, every single message from the last three+ years is in
the web-based Archive at...

If you are within the sound of my voice, and want to, but cannot post
to this list, drop me a private e-mail and we'll work on it. I can't
guarantee a speedy resolution ( or even one at all ) since I have a
racecar in my garage that needs to be finished before January, but I will
see what we can do to fix your problem.

Every list I'm on, which can be dozens at any given points, across a
number of subjects, has problems. Even large companies like Yahoo
struggle with mail delivery. Every Yahoogroup I'm on constantly has
people missing messages ( and orders of magnitude more spam than the
Digest ). To put it mildly, Yahoo has greater resources to bring to bear
than I do. Blame the Russians and the Nigerians for spamming the globe
with trillions of messages a day, and whatever you do, don't ever respond
to spam. Maybe in about ten years they'll stop making money off it, and
go away.

If you have a problem, and have at least visited...

...in an unsuccessful attempt to rectify it, let me know, and I'll see
what I can do. If I can't fix it, or tell you how to fix it, I will
cheerfully refund 100% of your purchase price ;)
