[Slowhand] Re Cream Whiskey Re-Offer!

Thanks to the generosity of Greg Wenker, I am sending the Cream Whiskey 
show to Lew Campbell who has promised to re-offer to the group. 

**I will make two additional copies (one to a burnerless person -- do any 
exist out there) and one with a burner who will promise to re-offer.
