[Slowhand] Looking for EC's Tour manager or someone to contact who is conected to the US leg of this tour

Hello,
I asked for help on this a while ago and got a
response from Sebastien for a number for EC's
publicist, but I think this is the wrong person and I
need to find someone else. So is there anyone who can
help me to find EC manager or someone who is pretty
close to him who can help me to get my friend
backstage to see him. 

One of the ladies I work with worked with him on the
Crossroads center. She was the one who developed the
actual program that the patients go through while they
are at the Crossroads Center. She has not talked to
him since she left in 2000. She showed me some
pictures of her and him together at the Center and
they look like they were taken in 1998 when he
released Pilgrim. Any way if anyone out there can help
me to get in contact with EC's tour management for the
US tour starting later this month she would be so
grateful and I will send some CD's or something to
them for getting her in touch with him.
