A quote from today's New York Times review of "Clapton: The  
Autobiography":

"Clapton … races dismissively through his solo albums from the 1970s  
(which he described in conversation as ‘unfulfilled and half-baked’)."

I'm sure it comes as no surprise that I fully agree with Mr. Clapton.
