Sent BB a note mentioning the fan sites, etc.
Received a note back saying "we are very busy".
 
Also, the on-line coupon they sent expires 27 Jan 2007 (which is about 11  
months ago).
Sounds like they are in turmoil and/or filling the ranks with lots of  
untrained temps for upcoming holidays...it's hard to say.
 
Meanwhile, I'm going to buy holiday goodies at any store EXCEPT BB.
 
Will ring them up again tomorrow, it's exhausting!
