It was one of those days that make all the hard work worth it for Jeffrey
'CJ' Vanston. CJ played piano and B3 on six songs on a tribute to Buddy
Holly and the Crickets record with the original Crickets and guest star Eric
Clapton. J.J. Cale and Johnny Rivers showed up and grabbed a mike to make it
a very special day indeed. Greg Ladanyi produced at O'Henry Studios in North
Hollywood.

Hi all,
I haven't seen anyone mention this (I get the list sometimes and sometimes
not...lol). The Big O site has a couple of outtakes from The Buddy Holly
Tribute done in 2000 if anyone is interested in hearing Clapton do Peggy
Sue, uh oh, Peggy Sue....lol. Kinda neat...follow link if it works.
