[Slowhand] A Toast To George Carlin

A couple of months ago George Carlin performed here in Kingston NY.
He was moving a little slower. His posture and physical appearance
showed a little wear. But it was George Carlin with all that fire and
passion. George had a problem with a lot of stuff and made no effort
to hide it. In fact we expected it of him. It was his schtick. He
spoke out for all of us. Everything we didn't have the nerve to say
ourselves. Man, I'll miss him. I am so glad I went to that show. He
had the spark right til the end. I want to go out like George Carlin.
On fire, passionate about life, willing to speak out against this
ridiculous government and all the injustices in life and, as you all
know, there are lots of them. George was never afraid to point them
out and he took a lot of heat for it. A toast to a great man. We can
all learn from him.
