That's actually a line from the movie "Patton," for which actor George  
C. Scott won an Academy Award.

During a wartime interview, a member of the press asked General Patton  
about the pearl-handled revolvers he wore.

Patton promptly replied, "Only a pimp from a cheap, New Orleans  
whorehouse would wear pearl-handled revolvers! These are ivory-handled."
