It's a Curtis Mayfield song which EC has performed frequently at his solo shows since it debuted, I believe, at the Nottingham show in 2008.

<I am super impressed by this song!  It's a great great song an performed 
fantastically on the EC/JB show that was posted earlier this week.  The 
whole show was great but this song really stood out.

Has EC ever performed it before?  I hadn't heard it.>
