I must be the only SHdr who hadn't seen this movie - til now. We watched it twice. If you haven't, do; it's certain worth the time. The director's cut with commentary by Darnell Martin explained a good deal about her motivation and the license she took at times with historical facts. My fav character was Eamonn Walker as Howlin' Wolf - eerie good! The acting was excellent throughout, and the movie budget was bargain basement. Beyonce was superb. HubbieSumlin cameo was priceless!
