Friend Mary is having problems posting to the SHD. Is there HELP out there somewhere for her?

...I used to be a very active member of the digest a few years ago. I have had lots of problems getting the digest and now that I do, I have had lots of problems posting. I use the address given on the digest and they seem to go nowhere.
 
Also, do you remember Niels Adserson from Denmark ? Has anyone heard from him recently? I have tried to email him at his old address and it just bounces back.
