Wow, Lee Dixon not on tour with Eric is BIG news for the EC camp. I hadn't
heard anything about this, but do know the EC paraphernalia that Lee signed
and sold through American
Royal Arts this past year was indeed sanctioned by Eric Clapton. He asked
Eric in advance (after being approached by Royal Arts) and got Eric's
blessing. I had been to the Royal Arts studio in Key West, FL and they told
me Lee had now moved to the USA with his wife. I forgot where - somewhere
out west, but it doesn't really matter. He has done incredible work with
Eric over the years and from all accounts couldn't be a nicer person. I wish
him all the best and of course hope to see him on the sidelines at
Crossroads.
