[Slowhand] Layla 40th Box

Okay, in the interest of generating discussion (and, frankly, deciding if
it's worth it to stay on the Digest), I'll ask a question: What happened to
the Layla Box set from the beginning of the year? I went back and forth on
whether or not to get it and ultimately came to the decision to get it as it
had just enough stuff I didn't have, but then it was gone. I gather their
were some packaging issues, but I wonder if anyone knows the full story.
