Friends!!

I haven't posted on here in over a decade. Serendipitous as this is, I see I picked the right day to check in!! Since I was last a regular on here, I graduated college in Michigan, deployed three times with the US Army, became a freight railroad lobbyist in Washington, DC (eight years), and most recently; a freelance public radio documentarian and producer based in Portland, Maine. I hope this note finds you all quite well.

Great to see so many familiar voices from the late '90's chime in on this very day I checked this list. Tony wins on the perfect story -- loved reading that, Tony! What a fairytale of a story you just shared. Very cool. And the legend of DeltaNick -- love it. Nick, I'll never forget how f'ing freaked out we all were about your welfare/status on the terrible morning of September 11. We were all in a state of panic, then you chimed in with one hell of a note. Something alluding to the fact that the aircraft hit your wing like a bullseye, but your wing was displaced from the Pentagon for renovations to that wing. The whole series of events around that time enticed me to quit a rather nice job in Philadelphia and join the National Guard. It was well worth it for the adventure alone.

Mangano and Deavult found me on Facebook. Sam now has twins and Mark seems to have a Tony-like story. So cool. I wonder where some of the others ended up?

My best,
Ryan
