[Slowhand] Epilepsy, or a seizure?

Someone posted that EC may have epilepsy. I don't think that's true. >From what I've gathered, EC had a seizure when he tried to go without a drink one weekend during his acoholic period, while married to Patty.

One seizure doesn't make one an epileptic. Epilepsy is chronic disease or condition, in which the individual is subject to repeated seizures. But a seizure can be brought about by causes other than epilepsy.
