[StBernard] Blue Roof Tarping

Does anyone know how to ask FEMA to place the blue tarp on your roof?  In
Slidell, there was a location to visit that my Mom was able to register for
this service.  I have not seen much of the tarping in St. Bernard, but I am
afraid that if the adjuster doesn't see it, it may be an issue of " you
didn't do enough to mitigate the damages".......Thanks, Patty Lotz
