[StBernard] Covington Post Office

Dear Westley,
 
As far as the mail at the Covington Post Office, is that everyone's mail or
only for those with no forwarding address?  How does this work, because I
have forwarded my mail, but have not received any forwarded mail yet.  And
FEMA mailed my initial check to my home.  I'm STILL waiting to receive it.
