[StBernard] Definition of Debris for Removal by Parish

Maybe Craig can answer this... debris removal by the parish... what would
that include?  mud in driveways? vehicles, and fences blown down? etc.  Or
is it just for trees and tree limbs?   What can citizens do to help the
process along, if anything?  Also,  I'm guessing this DOES NOT mean interior
debris (furniture, sheetrock, etc) at the current time. Thanks, Patty Lotz
