Right of Entry Form for Debris Removal

As a result of the new resolution passed by the St. Bernard Parish Council
on October 4, 2005, the parish will now begin removing hurricane related
debris from private residences and businesses.

If you would like the debris removed from the outside of your residence or
business, free of charge, please fill out the Right of Entry Form below and
mail it to the address provided. 

Please note, no one will enter the inside of your home or business, this
service is for debris removal on the outside only. Also, structures will NOT
be bulldozed. This form will simply allow the parish to clean up any
hurricane related debris on the outside of your home or business.
