[StBernard] Housing Inspections per the Grid system

 What's the progress being made with the inspection of  the houses in the
Parish?  Wjat % of houses have been completed?  When is the project
scheduled for completeion?

When willl the reslts be made public?  Why do those who's homes have been
inspected several weeks ago, still have to wait for the results of the very
last houses to be inspected, to learn their homes' fate?  Woouldn't it have
been prudent to inform those in each grid, as the results were completed, so
that either rebuild, or demolish work could beginn in some orderly fashion?
This system doesn't seem to instill much of a sense of urgency to anyone.
