Request For Proposal: Environmental Legal Advisor to Parish

The St. Bernard Parish Council does hereby request proposals for legal
advisory services to the St. Bernard Parish Government and the St. Bernard
Parish Council for environmental matters with respect for to Hurricanes
Katrina and Rita and the Murphy Oil Spill.  Submissions should be made to
the office of David Paysse @ 8201 W. Judge Perez Dr.  Chalmette, LA 70043
via commercial delivery or hand delivery only.

Submissions should include a proposed scope of work and areas of expertise
in environmental law and toxicology, as well as proposed fee schedules
associated with the proposed scope of work.

Submission deadline is Thursday, November 10, 2005.
