Mr. Richardson,
 
I will have a written statement from community development posted on the
sbpg.net site on Thursday-- my understanding was that each case would be
evaluated base on the electrical inspector and the licensed electrician.
 
As far as the oil spill info- we have hired a legal firm (or actually in the
contracting stage) to advise the council/adminstration as to what we should
be involved with and what we are statutorily and otherwise entitled to.
