[StBernard] Ideas for the new St. Bernard

	Well, for one they make coming on Paris Road into the parish feel
like a
	drive along Airline Hwy.

It looked that way before Planet X. The American Idea is already smothering
beneath an ever-growing  mountain of statutes, rules, regulations and
ordinances.
