[StBernard] Ideas for the new St. Bernard

They are deterimental to the image that we would like to project of St,
Bernard Parish.   A lot of people don't realize that St, Bernard Parish
starts on the south side of Bayou Bienvenue & assume that those porn shops
are in our parish, not Orleans.  Let Orleans get the bad image, not us.
