Yes, my neighbor was able to have her father meet with someone with FEMA to
inspect her apartment on Golden Dr.

	FEMA is meeting with home owners in St. Bernard... they have met
with my
	inlaws (who had insurance) and my father (who did not have
insurance) so
	far... and they are not yet to my house...
	
	I do know of a woman who could not get in touch with her landlord so
she met
	with FEMA regarding her apartment in St. Bernard...
