I understand the frustration, but, then, honestly, I don't think the
officials in charge are neglecting anyone.  They are doing this
methodically, starting in Arabi and moving eastward.  Everyone in St.
Bernard has lost so much.....just realize there are many throughout the
nation whose hearts go out to you.  Hold tight.
