[StBernard] Building Assessment and Inspection Reports

FEMA assessed my house today, Tuesday and he said he's still working the
houses in Chalmette. My neighbor behind my house had already been assessed
and in the records but mine and others next to the neighbor had not. The
FEMA person spoke to me to ask if I wanted to meet him there for the
assesmment but I wasn't able. He said he just looks inside the open doors
and that's really enough to note the serious damage. He will be meeting me
Wednesday (tomorrow) to finish his report. Since I have flood insurance he
needs the declarations page of my policy. It seems FEMA is working there
daily and just has not gotten to every house in Chalmette yet. I did see on
the website that some places in Meraux were already assessed.
