Just FYI.

i just talked to cingular about their offer.  it seems it only applies to 
people who had Cingular service during Hurricane Katrina.

for people like myself, who had to get a cellphone AFTER they evacuation 
because our home phones were under water, the special doesn't apply.

grrrrrrr.  time to write a nasty letter to Cingular
