I think letting the public get first hand view on the devastation is good
Gaby. I am in Texarkana and you can see in peoples faces Katrina is old
news. Pictures does not do it justice.  Letting them see for themselves what
we are up against is to me a good idea. I am trying to look at the positive
side to it.
