[StBernard] Property Owners Asked to Decide Fate of Soaked Homes and Businesses

Many of us cannot decide. Our insurance companies have not settled and we
did not have flood insurance. The Baker Bill, which seemed like such a
blessing, has been staled. On the other hand we cannot pay a mortgage,
renovate a house and afford living elsewhere in the meantime. It looks like
my mortgage company will be making that decision. They are not willing to
wait on my insurance company or the Baker Bill.
