[StBernard] Removal of Hazardous Materials

 What, if anything, has been done concerning removal of hazardous materials
from properties (Form to apply to get free assistance for gutting from
charitable agencies was promised to be on SBPG website 2 weeks ago)?

The agencies promised were about 2000 coming into the parish to assist
homeowners, etc. to gut without charge in a waiting list. The application
form/list is not provided online and the federal and parish governments are
closing the window of opportunity at an alarming rate (*dated: March 31st). 

As if we didn't have other overwhelming troubles...
