Can I sign up for volunteers to gut my house (which costs the parish zero),
then if I decide not to rebuild it, can I sign up for free demolition by
3/31/06?  
 
I'm also still waiting on my trailers in Arabi.  The government is
rebuilding Iraq faster than us.
 
Any info is helpful.
