Thanks for your thoughts.  I agree that so many things that need to be done
are just stuck.  As we attempt to get the debris issue resolved we are
researching the option to allow for some in-house and public debris
disposal.

I'm inches away from calling a contractor and having my house rebuild --
demolished then started all over again.  All that is going on is unheard of.
We sit like fools while FEMA and the Parish fight it out.  I may be the only
house on my block in Carolyn Park that starts rebuilding but my patience are
running out. Between the fighting, the blaming of each other, now all the
filth that stays in the streets and the dishonesty that's going on is more
then anyone can expect us to tolerate. 
Maybe we should get out there and pickup the garbage ourselves -- that would
be a lovely front page.  After all, some Council members took the bull by
the horn when they delivered FEMA trailers -- and it worked.
Who actually owns the trucking company that was hired to pick up the debris?
What's the name of the company?  Does the company have a MC number?  Do the
drivers have their CDL?
Thank you for letting me vent.  I do appreciate all your efforts to keep us
updated. Thank you for having the patience to answer our emails.  More then
anything, thank you for allowing us to steal you away from that precious
little baby boy.
