    How can I find out if my ex neighbors are on the list for gutting? We
have not heard from them other than they are waiting for a buy out which is
not happening, and from their relatives that they should be on the list but
bought houses elsewhere.
 
Recently almost every house on our block was gutted by volunteers, followed
by 'YEAH' debris pick up in the last two days, and delivery of more trailers
in the neighborhood, except the houses left and right from us and another
house one over. 
I surely hope they did not just walk away without at least filling out the
form.
Is there a way to find out? If they are not signed up, I am considering
buying the property and just cleaning it up, (we can sign up for gutting if
we buy one?) 
 
Got to get it cleaned up.
