Thought I'd share something that may help with documentation.  When our
flood insurance adjustors came to our house, they had my husband hold their
tape measure indicating where the water line was.  Take the que from them
and do the same thing.  Zoom in on the measurement and be in the piture so
that it's documented.  Hope this helps.
