[StBernard] Governor, LRA, Legislature stand united in Louisiana's Housing Recovery

 It's ILLEGAL to discriminate, that is what I thought anyway!  But 
 Blanco, the LRA, and Louisiana Legislatures WILL discriminate against 
 people who HAVE paid [out of their own pockets] insurance for many 
 years. They WILL discriminate against you, if you want to sell your 
 house in the BUY OUT program [ 60%] deduction right off the top. A 
 double dose if you do sell and had insurance. It ALMOST winds up a 
 government profit in this situation. I don't remember EVER paying ONLY 
 60% of my property taxes, or 60% of  state or federal taxes that I 
 owed.  I have payed taxes in Louisiana my whole life, about 40 years. 
 What about if you DON'T FILE FOR YOUR TAXES YEARLY YOU DON'T QUALIFY 
 FOR ANY HOUSING PROGRAMS !!!!! To openly DISCRIMINATE as government 
 officials, against certain groups of people SHOULD be illegal. Blanco 
 has the audacity to say that """""""""""Hurricanes Katrina and Rita 
 did not discriminate by income, race or geography in the damages left 
 behind, AND THIS PROGRAM MUST NOT DISCRIMINATE."""""""""""" Does she 
 even hear what she is saying?  I wonder if voters were a factor in the 
 decision, which Louisiana citizens '' MEET THE PROGRAM'S 
 REQUIREMENTS''  that the state would help with La. Housing Recovery 
 Money??????????  I have lost tremendously, as well as the rest of the 
 Katrina and Rita victims, who also had insurance, but not nearly 
 enough. WHY SHOULD I BE DISCRIMINATED FOR DOING ALL THE RIGHT THINGS. 
 This HAS to be UNCONSTITUTIONAL to just pick and choose who gets  the 
 help from the Louisiana Housing Recovery ! I did not ask anyone to 
 blow the levels during Betsy to save the commerce in New Orleans, and 
 I guess we will never have the proof history did not repeat it's self 
 for Katrina.

 9 months later and not one concrete answers yet, and this is called 
 the road home, Sorry that's no where nearly-- my home.
            You, { as government officials} want me to come back, THAN 
 MAKE ME AND MY FAMILY FEEL WELCOMED not threatening me with
 dead lines to decisions YOU HAVE NOT COME UP    Y E T  !
