Craig,    We live on Buffon Street and need debris pick up BADLY. They went
down Prosper and promised to be back to catch our area. LOL  We live near a
'church' that sits back on a lot in the 3100 blk of Buffon and people are
dumping things in this lot. That's fine if someone occasionally picks up
debris but it has been a while. Any help would be VERY appreciated.
 
P.S.  Is there a way to find out who owns this "church"  no one has been
back since the storm to even look at it
