[StBernard] Water Deposit Refund

After calling to try and get someone to refund my water deposit for months,
I finally reached St. Bernard Water about 2 months ago, and spoke with a
very nice lady, who told me their computers were not working for them to do
refunds by computer, so all would have to be processed manually.  Told her I
understood, and gave her my new address.  This was two months ago.  Do you
have any idea if they have started getting deposit refunds in the mail?
