    I spoke to someone there on Tuesday.  Please be patient they lost all
their records as well.  They have just gotten a new computer system and have
to input any information they salvaged all over again.  Depending on the
size meter you had and how long ago you put your deposit down, you may only
be talking about $15.00 to $75.00. 
 
    You may want to give them another month to learn how to work the new
system.
