[StBernard] debris

I was told last month by a DEQ person walking around the neighborhood that
Murphy wasn't picking up debris that didn't appear to be from house gutting
anymore because they aren't responsible for non-oil contaminated debris. And
I always understood that URG can't pick up oil contaminated debris, but
would pick up other debris in the oil spill area, like the second story
flooring that was above the oil spill, but ruined from a roof leak.

Now the Catch -22. My fence blew down with the storms this month. It is now
cut in pieces and is still awaiting pick up. It was in the oil spill. It was
not pressure washed by Murphy when they decontaminated the property. It's
like the white goods-in debris limbo.

So Craig, who has to pick up the fence, because for the past three weeks no
one has. I'd just like to put a sign on it that says, "FOR PICKUP BY XXXX"-
by order of SBPG.

By the way, the garbage company is doing a good job of picking up bagged
trash if placed on the house curb if you know the days they come and when
they do come. They don't speak English so they can't tell you the days they
come. Corinne Estates seems to be Tuesdays and/or Fridays.
