Want to say thank you for giving so much help to so many over this past
year.
 
I can't tell you how much the information coming from you and Craig helped
me, and I am sure others, in our year long state of confusion and
bewilderment.
 
You and Craig are at the top of my heroes list.  You may have not pulled us
from the seas of Katrina, but you certainly have helped pull us from the
seas of endless bureaucratic rules, paperwork, etc.
