Maura, I agree with you about the trash and debris in the marsh when 
entering the parish from I-10.  Why is this still there?  It would make a 
world of difference in first impressions.  My husband and I say this to each

other every time we come home and see this mess still there. Is the coast 
guard doing this job?  Who is responsible for clearing it out?  It looks 
terrible. Please clean up this area, it's our parish's front door.
