When going to the website www.aboutcox.com <http://www.aboutcox.com/> , you
used to be able to see a
progress report on their restoration of services.  This page was updated
weekly on Mondays.
 
For the past month or so there have been no updates.  Does Cox have a rep
that reports routinely to the council or appears at meetings?  Is there a
way we could ask them nicely about again posting updates on service?
