Picked up the little WEdnesday paper up this evening, at Main's, 
and there it is, on the front page:
The FIRST St Bernard resident to get a check from LRA. Wow. Yeah, that IS
front page news. Sadly so it has to be, that this is NOT the norm it should
be.
