Hey, I like your degree of pessimism, but facts are there currently, and
we'll have to see if things are still in gear of escalating proportionately
in increasing increments as the Road Home proposed/promised which would make
the timeframe considerably shorter.

However, if my share is not agreeable to my estimates and in my pocket by
the end of the year, I'm going to camp out myself outside the state capitol
in sacrifice for the disturbing program that has frustrated, unhinged,
depressed and disappointed so many at a dismal period when "time heals all
wounds" and when "money sure beats the root of all evil". <G>.

Not to burst any bubbles but at 2300 closings a month with over 100,000
applicants still in the system that equates to over 43 1/2 months (almost
four years) to the finish- I guess the media missed this point.  Anyway,
lets not let up on the pressure that the program is still a dismill
dissappointment still needs overhauling.
